We did not originally plan a second gown but it was amazing how Jayjay has been covering weddings with gowns made by Joel Escober. I have been a big fan of his work! His designs are adventurous yet chic!
Since I wanted to stick to the no bead design, I knew he was the perfect designer to represent another side of me. Plus be able to wear a champagne pink party gown.
I emailed him my sketches and pegs and when my schedule to meet his came up, I was ultimately shocked with 4 sketches he prepared!
I wanted something edgy, sexy yet discreet…something short upfront and long at the back.
My first fitting was the lining and by the 2nd meeting, my gown was ready and complete. I took it home that same night!
Joel made use of his trademark gold zippers in replacement of beads. ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!
I was to happy to see friends and family in the preps room that I became really comfortable with a camera in front of me. They calmed me down when I kept crying! haha
Fiel, Alvin, Cecil of Mayad Studios (Video) knew me even before I started to dip my toes in the Wedding field. They encouraged me to do what I envisioned. Thank you guys for the pushAlvin took shots before flying to Australia the night of the wedding! Thank you so much for being a blessing guys!
Before wearing my bridal gown, Mayad boys and Erron wanted me to wear my party gown for some shots at the hotel lobby
